19 Charterhouse Street Planning Consent Approval
A proposal to redevelop and extend 19 Charterhouse Street in Farringdon has received unanimous planning consent. The DSDHA-designed scheme, developed in partnership with BNF Capital Limited, will deliver 85,000 sq ft of low-carbon office space near Farringdon Station and opposite the future Museum of London site at Smithfield.
The development will feature extensive terracing with panoramic London views and targets leading sustainability certifications including BREEAM Outstanding, NABERS 5*, and WELL Platinum, with construction anticipated to begin in Q1 2026.
