33 Cavendish Square Planning Application Submitted
We're delighted to announce that Berkeley Estate Asset Management has submitted a planning application to Westminster City Council for 33 Cavendish Square, a transformative development set to become a landmark destination in the heart of the West End.
The proposals will deliver up to 75,000 sqm of Grade A office space designed with health, wellbeing, and sustainability at its core, featuring landscaped terraces, access to greenery, and targeting high sustainability credentials.
Beyond the workspace, the scheme will provide approximately 9,500 sqm of exceptional retail and leisure facilities, creating opportunities for world-class brands on the 'nation's high street', alongside a 3,500 sqm cultural and creative hub that will enrich the West End's enduring artistic heritage. The development is projected to generate over £550 million in annual Gross Value Added (GVA), unlocking the site's full potential and supporting the wider revitalization of Oxford Street.
We're proud to have contributed to this project through our highly granular Pre-Demolition Audit and look forward to the Committee stage. A huge thank you to the entire project team, including Berkeley Estate Asset Management, KPF, Gardiner & Theobald LLP, and Newmark UK, for their exceptional work.
