Key topics included AI, robotics, transparency, data sharing, and integrating hospitality into office design. The conference championed creating spaces where people want to both live and work.

A standout highlight was visiting Parco Romana and Symbiosis - urban regeneration projects blending sustainability, innovation, and community. These developments will also host the 2026 Olympic Village in a transformed former railway yard.
