We’re thrilled to announce that Material Index has won a Circular Buildings Coalition (CBC)grant! ⚡

Over the next six months, we’ll create open-access costing tools to make deconstruction and material reuse viable at the earliest decision points.

With our partners, we will:
- Benchmark real-world deconstruction costs
- Model residual values of construction materials using live market data
- Publish tested workflows for QSs, PMs, and clients

Our goal: enable any project team to plan for reuse with confidence.

By removing financial and procedural uncertainty, we can embed circularity across the entire industry.
