Our brokerage team has been busy creating new reuse pathways, including several recent wins for our partners.

At 1 Plough Place, we brokered the reuse of over 30 desks, chairs, acoustic panels, sofas, and boardroom furniture from a Central London office, sending it all to a new commercial project in Leeds.

Separately, we conducted a Material Reclamation Audit (MRA) for Sons + Daughters at King's Cross, where we salvaged commercial catering equipment from a sandwich shop and achieved an impressive 95% reuse rate.

Finally, at the Brewery Exchange in East London, we successfully diverted steel tanks from landfill by connecting them with new partners within our hospitality network.
