We were instructed by Related Argent at Coal Drops Yard, King's Cross, to conduct a Material Reclamation Audit (MRA) at a hospitality venue transitioning from its previous use as a sandwich shop. By engaging before strip-out works commenced, we unlocked significant value from the existing space and demonstrated the power of viewing materials as assets rather than waste. An impressive 91% of assets identified for offsite reuse were successfully brokered, including furniture, kitchen fittings, and a substantial kitchen island.

The project generated £4,709 in revenue from repurposed items while saving 8.441 tCO₂e of embodied carbon.
